Julia Taylor Morton Distinguished Professor Emerita Dr. Anne E. Hershey has been awarded an NC Sea Grant Mini-Grant for the project titled “The Impact of Antibiotics on Stream Nitrate Removal via Denitrification”. The proposal was written in collaboration with Ph.D. candidate Austin Gray and will serve to fund the final chapter of his dissertation. This is the second NC Sea Grant Mini-Grant that Dr. Hershey has received along with Austin Gray towards his doctoral dissertation project. Congrats!
