Good news! We received a grant award from National Institute of Child and Human Development (NICHD) to study mechanisms underlying epigenetic transgenerational inheritance of reproductive phenotypes. Using medaka fish, we will correct epigenetic alterations (epimutations) by CRISPR-dCas9 method to understand the role of epimutations in development of transgenerational subfertility in males.
