Nima Hajhashemi awarded the CANCAS Deriuex Award (2nd place) at the 2019 Meeting of the North Carolina Academy of Science

Nima Hajhashemi, an undergraduate student in Dr. Gideon Wasserberg’s lab, was awarded the second place CANCAS Deriuex Award at the 2019 Meeting of the North Carolina Academy of Science. His poster presentation was titled “cost of autogeny in sandflies.” Nima was mentored by Dr. Tatsiana Shymanovich and Dr. Wasserberg.
