Professional Services

I participate in many service activities. Below are the major activities in which I have participated outside of the university. In addition to many departmental, college, and university committees, I am serving as the Director of Graduate Studies for the Department of Biology, UNCG from 2004-2007. I also participate in local and regional science fair competitions for secondary schools and occassionally speak with high school students interested in academic careers in evolutionary biology and genetics.
