UNCG Senior Biology Major, Zimuzor Ugochukwu, named Luce Scholar

Zimuzor Ugochukwu, a senior biology major at UNCG was named a Luce Scholar this February. The nationally competitive scholarship will enable her to continue her samaritan efforts in Asia upon her graduation from the Biology department in May 2011. Her impressive resume included leading the Greensboro edition of the 'Let's Raise a Million' project and 'Ignite Greensboro.' The Luce Scholarship was established by Henry Luce, the founder of Time Magazine, to provide humanitarian efforts and aid to Asia from American leaders.
